Om jouw ervaring zo compleet mogelijk te maken, raden we aan om je eerst in te schrijven voor de programmapresentatie van Rechtsgeleerdheid of Fiscaal Recht, voordat je je registreert voor de pleitsimulatie. Deze 60 minuten durende sessie biedt je een unieke kans om te zien hoe onze rechtenstudenten de vaardigheden toepassen die ze tijdens hun opleiding aan de Faculteit der Rechtsgeleerdheid hebben ontwikkeld. Tijdens deze sessie word je onderdeel van het team van de officier van justitie (eiser) of het team van de advocaat (gedaagde). Je krijgt de kans om de zaak door te nemen en jouw argumenten op papier te zetten waarom jouw team in het gelijk gesteld zou moeten worden. Vervolgens woon je een officieel rechtbankproces bij, waarin de eiser en de gedaagde hun zaak bepleiten onder toeziend oog van een rechter. Uiteindelijk neemt de rechter een besluit, waarbij de input van het publiek een belangrijke rol speelt. Om jouw ervaring zo compleet mogelijk te maken, raden we aan om je eerst in te schrijven voor de programmapresentatie van Rechtsgeleerdheid of Fiscaal Recht, voordat je je registreert voor de pleitsimulatie. Deze 60 minuten durende sessie biedt je een unieke kans om te zien hoe onze rechtenstudenten de vaardigheden toepassen die ze tijdens hun opleiding aan de Faculteit der Rechtsgeleerdheid hebben ontwikkeld. Tijdens deze sessie word je onderdeel van het team van de officier van justitie (eiser) of het team van de advocaat (gedaagde). Je krijgt de kans om de zaak door te nemen en jouw argumenten op papier te zetten waarom jouw team in het gelijk gesteld zou moeten worden. Vervolgens woon je een officieel rechtbankproces bij, waarin de eiser en de gedaagde hun zaak bepleiten onder toeziend oog van een rechter. Uiteindelijk neemt de rechter een besluit, waarbij de input van het publiek een belangrijke rol speelt.
